Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

This page explains how to request deletion of personal or account data that PK Innovations LLC ("PK Innovations") holds about you. It also describes the data we typically hold, what we can delete, and how long the process takes.

What to Include in Your Request

1. Your full name and email address.
2. The product, service, or platform integration the request relates to (for example: "Auto Desktop Cleaner support emails", "Amazon Ads integration for account XYZ", "Meta Business Manager access for page ABC", or "general website contact").
3. Any account identifier we would need to find your record (Amazon advertiser ID, Meta Business ID, Apple ID associated with a support ticket, etc.).
4. A statement confirming you are the data subject or are authorized to act on their behalf.

We may ask follow-up questions to verify your identity before processing the request, to prevent unauthorized deletion of someone else's data.

Auto Desktop Cleaner

Auto Desktop Cleaner stores its data locally on your Mac. PK Innovations does not operate user accounts for this app and does not receive your files. You can delete app data yourself without contacting us:

1. Quit Auto Desktop Cleaner.
2. Drag the app from Applications to the Trash.
3. Open Finder, press Cmd+Shift+G, and go to ~/Library/Containers/. Remove the folder whose name begins with the Auto Desktop Cleaner bundle ID.
4. Empty the Trash.

If you previously emailed us about Auto Desktop Cleaner support, you can also request deletion of those support emails using the procedure above.

Apple App Store Data

Apple controls App Store purchase records, device identifiers, and crash reports related to our apps. To request changes or deletion of data Apple holds about your purchases or device, use Apple's Data and Privacy portal. PK Innovations only receives aggregated and anonymized App Store analytics from Apple, which cannot be linked back to you individually.

Amazon Integrations (Internal Use)

PK Innovations operates internal-use applications that connect to the Amazon Advertising API and Amazon Selling Partner API to manage its own Amazon accounts and the accounts of clients who have authorized PK Innovations to act on their behalf.

If You Are an Authorized Client

1. Revoke PK Innovations' access through your Amazon account's Login with Amazon and Seller Central permissions screens. This stops new data from flowing.
2. Email peter@pkinnovations.com with the subject line Amazon Data Deletion and include your Amazon advertiser ID or seller account ID.
3. We will delete or anonymize the data we obtained from your authorized account, subject to any legal, accounting, or Amazon API retention requirement we are obligated to follow.

If You Are Not an Authorized Client

Because these integrations are internal-use only and operate against PK Innovations' own or our clients' accounts, we typically hold no personal data about members of the general public via Amazon APIs. If you believe we hold data about you, email us with as much detail as you can provide and we will investigate.

Meta Integrations (Internal Use)

PK Innovations operates internal-use applications that connect to the Meta Graph API and Meta Marketing API to manage its own Meta business assets and the assets of clients who have authorized PK Innovations to act on their behalf.

If You Are an Authorized Client

1. Remove PK Innovations from your Meta Business Settings → Partners or revoke the app's access from Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. This stops new data from flowing.
2. Email peter@pkinnovations.com with the subject line Meta Data Deletion and include your Meta Business ID, ad account ID, or page ID.
3. We will delete or anonymize the data we obtained from your authorized account, subject to any legal, accounting, or Meta Platform retention requirement we are obligated to follow.

If You Are Not an Authorized Client

Because these integrations are internal-use only and operate against PK Innovations' own or our clients' assets, we typically hold no personal data about members of the general public via Meta APIs. If you believe we hold data about you, email us with as much detail as you can provide and we will investigate.

Website and Email Contact Data

If you have emailed us through peter@pkinnovations.com or contacted us via the website, we may retain your message and contact details for support, business, and legal recordkeeping. You can request deletion of that correspondence using the email procedure above.

What We Cannot Delete

Some data must be retained even after a deletion request:

• Records we are required to keep for tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
• Records needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to an identifiable individual.
• Data held by third-party platforms (Apple, Amazon, Meta) under their own controls. For those, contact the platform directly.

Response Time

We acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex, we may extend the period and notify you of the reason and the expected timeline.
